SUARES Packet Radio Information

SUARES is implementing a 9600bps LAN on 433.430Mhz running the tcp/ip
protocol.
Each site will be equipped with a Macintosh computer (running NET/Mac and
Microsoft Excel software), a Kantronics KPC-9612 TNC and a 433.43 MHz,
9600 baud data radio for Packet.  We will be able to send email between
sites, open chat sessions, and FTP files. 
The plan is to send Excel spreadsheets (which summarize the site conditions) 
from the remote sites to the main EOC.

144.325 simplex is used as a communication channel for the packet operators.

Sites listed below are those that are planned into the system at this time,
however, only a few of them actually have equipment so far.
